Task

The owner of a commercial property with 10+ tenants needed a single contractor to take on uptime monitoring for the network, access control, video surveillance and server room — and stay on call, not finish the job after installation.

What We Did

• Server room for the property's own needs and for tenants — racks, storage, internet channels
• Video surveillance — 32 cameras
• Turnstiles at the entrance and monitors at the security post

• Uptime and backup power (UPS) monitoring — customer-owned equipment
